Beach Club & Annual Event Update

Hello Neighbors! We are confirming that we are moving ahead with the April 19th date for our 1st Annual Community Event. Due to the current geopolitical situation, there have been some concerns with travel and some delays with our furniture shipments for the beach club. However, we feel confident in the progress and we will be able to show off a great new gathering space for NECA members and their guests on the 19th. We are also excited to share a few more photos of the progress which has moved into landscaping and interior finishes. We are also installing a security gate, which will only be accessible for NE residents who are NECA members. Access protocals will be shared as we get closer to the official opening. If you haven't signed the deed easement document and paid your monthly dues to join NECA, please do so through your owner portal.

In the coming weeks we will be sharing some exciting updates (and pitcures) on the secuirty gates and some additional security measures being implemented to further ensure our community is safe and our investments are protected.
