Road Maintenance Update

It's the rainy season in Costa Rica and Nosara has been hit hard this season with significant rainfall. October, in particular, has been a challenging month with flooding prevalent and damage to infrastructure across the Nosara area. We have had boots on the ground evaluating the situation and have been making incremental progress on sections of the road leading up from Las Delicious where there are areas that are eroding. We appreciate all the owners who have contributed to the emergency repairs to keep things moving in our community. While this has helped with stabilizing the immediate situation, our attention is going to shift to a longer-term solution. We will be coming back to the community with options as the dry season gets underway in the 6-8 weeks.
