UPDATE on Beach Club & Security Gates

Hello NE Neighbors!

We're excited to share the latest updates on the community Beach Club "Mango," and the progress on security for the development. Mango is currently under construction and is expected to be complete by the first of the year. This long awaited community amenity will have a large gathering space with multi-use courts, a beautiful yoga pavilion, and a fully equipped workout center. It will also have a space that can be built out at a later date for a small juice bar, snack shop or serve another purpose that might be more suited to the community. You can see the latest renderings of the Mango Beach Club below, and we hope you are as excited about it as we are!

In other good news, the construction of the security gates, both at the top and bottom of the development, are underway. We also anticipate the completion of these important security measures to be done by the end of this year. These will also be a beautiful addition to mark the entrance into our community. More to come on how we will be handling access in and out of the development, but in the meantime, we're excited to share the renderings below of the security gate design.
