Nosara Estates Community Update

The Nosara Estates HOA has been established, and a community HOA platform and web page has been set up to provide real time updates on the development and the broader community, as well as provide a one stop shop for important news and events and management of the NE community. There is a homeowner portal so each lot owner can manage their property, communicate with the board and their nighbors, and can management their HOA dues, all from one convenient place. Links to enroll and access the platform, along with more details about what you can expect moving forward, will be shared in the coming weeks.
