Dear Nosara Estates Owners,

We’re excited to share some updates regarding critical infrastructure and amenities projects in the community. Below you will find updates on timing and completion dates for the security gates, our beach club, Mango, and the new community well.

We will also be sending a separate communication related to our new community alliance and member benefits. We are excited to share more information on how our community will be managed and supported to ensure our investments are protected for years to come. Nosara Estates Community Alliance

Security Gate Update:

Construction will begin in the next 2-3 weeks once final permitting is received. We anticipate completion by March 30th. You will begin to see signage going up over the next month. The gates will be secured with keypad access only and monitored via video surveillance. When the alliance has enough sustainable funds, we will consider adding guards to actively patrol the community.

Mango Beach Club:

Major progress is being made on the community beach club. Tiling and glass are going in and the stairs to the yoga pavilion are underway. Once construction is complete, a small parking area will be created and a secured entry gate will be installed (rendering below). Completion expected no later than March 30th.

New Community Well:

The newly discovered water source is in progress with work underway on the infrastructure and piping to connect it to our existing well. Once this work is finished, estimate is 4-6 months, it will be donated to the Asada and will support our community.
